Local SEO Strategy / Onsite SEO Plans / Offsite SEO Plans:

Bar-None byDesign has recently completed advanced Online SEO Content training – Learning vital SEO skills that are immediately applicable.

When choosing digital marketing partners, look for experts for your intended needs as pointed out by this Forbes article (small business).

Local SEO Strategy:

  • Make a First Impression

Make sure your company name and logo are above the folds. My colors are deep brown and yellowish gold for maturity & stability. I’m using a scrollable, vertical layout.

  • Hierarchy:(1,2,3,4,5)

1. Bold text to show company name and service(s) provided.

2. Majestic images that show pain points, yet accomplishable solutions.

3. Make sure the CTA button is in a suitable location, above the fold, asking for a call-to-action.

4. Use large, easy to read descriptions of services being offered.

5. Note the CTA multiple times within your solution offer.

*Also refer them to your social media.

Use nice, bold, rich images to reflect your digital marketing, using quality digital images. Also attempt to show the personality and tone of voice you wish to project.

  • Google My Business

Great for identifying your NAP (name, address, phone number):

Note to self: After spending an entire evening with all these listings for (NAP), I realized that although several listings seemed bunk, there are many of the listings that I really enjoyed working with and seeing what they had to offer. It’s important to list all your NAP information (identical), so that overall, it will give authority within your industry as being listed and verified right alongside all the other businesses within your local area.

Onsite SEO Plan: I’m using Yoast SEO for my Onsite SEO scheme and management.

Offsite SEO Plan:

In the world of digital marketing, Offsite SEO Plans are crucial for boosting website traffic and increasing brand visibility. These plans involve optimizing factors that are not related to the website such as building backlinks, social media engagement, guest blogging and influencer outreach. A solid offsite plan should involve researching potential partners, creating compelling content that would appeal to their audience and negotiating mutually beneficial terms for link placement or blog contributions.

In addition, monitoring competitors’ backlinks and reverse engineering strategies can help companies stay ahead in search rankings. Implementing effective Offsite SEO Plans requires a combination of creativity, patience and persistence yet once executed properly can yield powerful results in driving organic traffic to your site and establishing stronger online authority within your industry or niche.

Mobile SEO:

Use an active voice with CTA button text. Add Alt text to your images. Amend META descriptions, correcting links that need descriptive text. Eventually working up to adding more internal links, linking back to blog posts title page, thus gaining green points in mobile analytics.

Navigation Header and Footer Mobile: Does the mobile version of the header and footer look and feel the same as the desktop version?

Mobile typically only lists the navigational links at the bottom (footer) rather than both the header & footer.

  • Are the header and footer optimized for mobile?
  • Both need to be optimized as dynamic, and “responsive” to mobile.
  • Is the ‘About Page’ optimized for mobile? If yes, it is “responsive” to mobile.
  • Contact Page Desktop: What information is provided on the Contact Page?
  • Asks prospective users for Name, email and to leave a message.
  • Also, social media links, which they ask for you to share, and navigation links in the footer, for a good UX experience.

For Mobile: Eliminate render-blocking resources:

For Desktop: Reduce initial server response time: Themes, plugins, and server specifications all contribute to server response time. Consider finding a more optimized theme, carefully selecting an optimization plugin, and/or upgrading your server. Eliminate render-blocking resources: There are several WordPress plugins that can help your inline critical assets or defer less important resources.
